How do you order a new custom-made walking board?
To ensure that we can supply the correct walking board, we would like to receive the following information:
1. Provide the brand and model of your treadmill
Send us the exact brand and model number. If possible, we would also like to receive a photo of the type plate on your treadmill. This allows us to check whether the technical drawing for your walking board is available.
2. Check the dimensions of the current walking board
If we do not have the original technical drawing, we can have a walking board produced based on the dimensions of your current board.
For this, please measure the following:

After you place your order, we have your new treadmill deck specially made to size at the factory. Thanks to our database of technical drawings of more than 1,300 treadmill models, we can ensure the deck is produced precisely for your specific machine.
Production takes approximately one week. Once the treadmill deck is ready, it takes about another week for it to arrive at our facility.
As soon as your new treadmill deck arrives at our facility, it will be shipped to your delivery address the same day.
The total estimated delivery time is approximately 2 weeks from the time of ordering.
Optional: Would you prefer not to replace the treadmill deck yourself? Our technician can also carry out the entire replacement at your location.
