But that's not all: once you sign up for the maintenance contract, we'll visit you immediately for an initial inspection and maintenance. - After completing the maintenance contract, a technician will visit your treadmill as soon as possible to inspect it, adjust it correctly, and perform an initial maintenance check. We will then return annually to perform this maintenance check. Some examples of the work our technicians handle:

3. Customer Responsibilities & Conditions
NB: The maintenance contract can only be concluded if the device has no current defect.
3.1 Regular maintenance
- Own responsibilities Customers are responsible for regular maintenance of their device:
- Checking the lubricant : Make sure the lubricant is at the correct levels and the appliance is well lubricated. Consult the manual for instructions.
- Dust weekly : Keep the device clean to prevent dust accumulation.
- Vacuuming under the appliance : Prevent buildup that can cause problems with internal components.
3.2 Use of extension cables
- Avoiding extension cords Customers should not use extension cords to connect the appliance. Using them may cause electrical problems and will void the warranty.
4. Situations in which the maintenance warranty does not apply
