Standard shipping is free within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Germany.

How long does delivery take?

Most devices are in stock and will be delivered within 3-5 business days. The expected delivery time is listed on the product page.

We can deliver our sports watches within one business day on average, as these are not pallet shipments. Our sports watches are shipped in smaller packages.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a Track & Trace code, so you can easily track the package.

Is my order insured during transport?

Yes, all shipments are insured. Should anything go wrong during transport, we will always resolve it for you.

How can I place an order?

You can easily order through our webshop. Add the desired product to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the steps to complete your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer via an upfront invoice. All payments are processed via a secure connection. If you prefer to pay in two installments, that's even possible upon consultation.

Can I order as a company?

Yes, you can order on behalf of a company. You can enter your company name and VAT number during checkout. The VAT costs for fitness equipment for a business location may even be deductible.

Can VAT also be transferred in advance?

Yes, for companies outside the Netherlands within the EU, we can reverse charge VAT (0%), provided a valid VAT number is provided. The invoice will then be issued excluding VAT.

Do you also supply to gyms, physiotherapy practices or other sports organizations?

Are there discounts available when purchasing multiple devices?
