Order process
If you want to order one of our products from loopbandspecialist.nl, you first need to add the desired product to your shopping cart on the product page. You can do this by clicking the green "Add to Cart" button.
Here, it's important to check that you've selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click the "Secure Checkout" button. On the information page, you'll need to enter the correct address information. Make sure all the information is correct. Once this information is correct, you can click the "Continue to Shipping Method" button.
The "Shipping" page offers the option to double-check the address information you provided. We always offer free shipping for boxed deliveries. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we cover the shipping and delivery costs for your order, excluding returns.
You can choose from a variety of recognized payment methods. With us, you're always guaranteed a secure payment environment.

Liver process
Your order will be shipped insured. This makes ordering a treadmill through our website completely risk-free. Don't worry about hidden costs or shipping fees, because shipments are completely free for our customers. Our free standard delivery is curbside (as close to your front door on the ground floor as possible) and the driver who delivers the order doesn't have to lift it upstairs. During standard delivery, we hand the treadmill over to an external transport company, and due to occupational health and safety regulations, these drivers are not permitted to carry heavy products up the stairs.
Delivery to floor?
If you live on a floor, we can deliver the treadmill to you through our installation service. In this case, we will deliver the treadmill ourselves and install it at your desired location in your home. Our experienced installation team will professionally install even the heaviest equipment on the correct floor and in the correct location. Please contact us before or immediately after placing your order (within 1 hour) to let us know so the installation team can prepare for the job in a timely manner. You will also have the option to select this option during checkout.

Payment in installments (pay in instalments)
We also offer our customers the option to pay for their purchase in installments, because we understand that treadmills aren't an everyday purchase. Paying in installments is very simple through the professional payment solution from the Dutch company SprayPay: the payment method for installments . You can spread the payment over a period of your choice, from 12 to 36 months. Simply select the SprayPay payment option during checkout to use this option.
Return process
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. For standard returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the order. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will still be responsible for the shipping costs. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@loopbandspecialist.nl. We will then email you the return form. We will then refund your money within one business day of receiving your return.
