Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After canceling, you have another 14 days to return your product. Immediately after we receive the returned shipment, you will receive your money back within one business day. In case of a return, the shipping costs are your own responsibility, except if the return is due to a manufacturing defect. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@loopbandspecialist.nl . We will then refund your money within one business day of receiving your return.

All our products come with excellent manufacturer's warranties. These are listed separately for each product. At LoopbandSpecialist.nl, you not only benefit from excellent manufacturer's warranties—we also ensure you receive proper assistance if something breaks or goes wrong. Unlike many other online stores, we don't pass warranty claims on to the manufacturer.

If something breaks, we'll take immediate action:

• We arrange contact with the manufacturer or brand for you.

• Is your product under warranty? We'll send a technician to your location. (We also offer technician visits at competitive prices outside of warranty periods.)
