Your treadmill will be delivered on a pallet, as close as possible to your front door (or the nearest accessible spot for apartments or flats). The delivery company's planning department or drivers will contact you in advance by phone using the number you provided when ordering to schedule the delivery.
Delivery with installation (extra charge):
For many models, you can choose delivery with installation directly on the product page. In that case, our technicians will fully assemble the treadmill and deliver it ready for use at your desired location.

Does my treadmill come pre-assembled?
The treadmill comes partially pre-assembled . This means most of the treadmill is already assembled, and you only need to attach a few parts—usually the uprights, the console, and a few screws. Thanks to the clear instructions, you can do this yourself in 30 to 60 minutes , depending on the model, without needing much technical expertise.
