How does the delivery of my fitness equipment work?
At LoopbandSpecialist, we ensure that your new equipment is delivered safely and carefully.
Standard delivery (free):
Your equipment will be delivered on a pallet, as close as possible to your front door (or the first accessible spot for apartments or flats). The planning department or the drivers of the transport company will contact you by phone in advance, using the number you provided during your order, to schedule the delivery with you.
Delivery with installation (additional cost):
For many models, you can choose delivery with installation directly on the product page. In that case, our technicians will fully assemble the equipment and make it ready for use at your desired location.
If this option is not listed with the product, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to discuss the best solution for your situation. We will then create a customised delivery plan.
Does my fitness equipment come pre-assembled?
Your fitness equipment comes partially pre-assembled. This means that most of it is already put together, and you only need to secure a few parts – usually the uprights, the console, and some screws. Thanks to the clear manual, you can do this yourself within 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the model, without needing much technical knowledge.
Would you prefer us to take care of everything for you?
Then you can opt for our full assembly service. One of our technicians will deliver the equipment to your home, fully assemble it, test it, and set it up for immediate use. What about the warranty?
