Your device will be delivered on a pallet, as close as possible to your front door (or the first accessible spot for apartments or flats). The planning department or the drivers of the transport company will contact you by phone in advance, using the number you provided during your order, to schedule the delivery with you.
Delivery with installation (additional charge):
For many models, you can choose delivery with installation directly on the product page. In that case, our technicians will fully assemble the device and make it ready for use at your desired location.

Does my fitness equipment come pre-assembled?
Your fitness equipment is delivered partially pre-assembled. This means that most of it is already put together, and you only need to secure a few parts – usually the uprights, the console, and some screws. Thanks to the clear manual, you can do this yourself within 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the model, without needing extensive technical knowledge.
