How does the delivery of my treadmill work?
At LoopbandSpecialist, we ensure that your new treadmill is delivered safely and carefully.
Standard delivery (free):
Your treadmill will be delivered on a pallet, as close as possible to your front door (or the first accessible spot for apartments or flats). The planning department or the drivers of the transport company will contact you by phone in advance, using the number you provided during your order, to schedule the delivery with you.
Delivery with installation (additional cost):
For many models, you can directly select delivery with installation on the product page. In that case, our technicians will fully assemble the treadmill and deliver it ready for use at your desired location.
If this option is not mentioned with the product, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help you find the best solution for your situation. We will then create a customised delivery plan.
Is my treadmill delivered pre-assembled?
The treadmill is delivered partially pre-assembled. This means that most of the treadmill is already assembled, and you only need to secure a few parts - usually the uprights, the console, and a few screws. Thanks to the clear manual, you can do this yourself within 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the model, without needing much technical knowledge.
Would you prefer us to arrange everything for you?
Then you can choose our full assembly service. One of our technicians will deliver the treadmill to your home, fully assemble it, test it, and set it up ready for use. What about the warranty?

All treadmills come with a standard minimum 2-year warranty on parts - regardless of the brand. For some brands, we even offer more extensive warranty periods, for example, a longer warranty on the motor or the frame. The exact warranty conditions may vary per brand or model.

Do you have a problem or malfunction outside the warranty period?
