How does the delivery of my treadmill work?

Your treadmill will be delivered on a pallet, as close to your front door as possible (or the first accessible point for apartments or flats). The transport company's scheduling department or drivers will contact you in advance by phone using the number you provided during your order to coordinate the delivery with you.
Delivery with installation (additional charge):
For many models, you can choose delivery with installation directly on the product page. In that case, our technicians will come to fully assemble the treadmill and make it ready for use at your desired location on your premises.
If this option is not listed for the product, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help you find the best solution for your situation. We will then create a custom delivery plan.
Is my treadmill delivered pre-assembled?
The treadmill is delivered partially pre-assembled. This means that the main part of the treadmill is already put together, and you only need to attach a few components - usually the uprights, the console, and a few screws. Thanks to the clear manual, you can do this yourself within 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the model, without needing much technical knowledge.
